ProReside is currently in an early beta, open to anyone who wants to try it. In short: your household's data is visible only to people you invite into your workspace, we don't sell it, and you can ask to have your account and data removed at any time. A full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, reviewed by an attorney, will be published here before ProReside is open to the public.

Saving for the first time adds a starter set of seasonal maintenance tasks to your Household board, based on what you tell us here.
Track appliances and systems, their warranties, and service history.
A maintenance and ownership record you can hand to a warranty company or insurance adjuster — this is your own personal record, not a professional inspection or certification.
Hand the device to one kid to check or complete their own chores. Everything else stays locked until you enter the PIN again.
One PIN for the whole household. You'll enter it whenever you want to get back to the full view — write it down somewhere, since there's no reset link. If you ever forget it, signing out and back in also returns you to the full view.
Enter the household PIN to leave Kid Mode.
This permanently deletes this workspace — every work order, kid, asset, reward, and Claim Packet record in it — for everyone in it. This cannot be undone.
You'll lose access to this workspace until someone invites you back. Its data isn't affected for anyone else.
